Deb did a presentation for our dental office’s Secretaries Day luncheon. Her presentation was fast-paced, interactive, and filled with fun. I was her “helper and scorekeeper” so I got to watch the office interact and REALLY build relationships as a team. The teams were roaring with laughter and truly enjoyed the activities that she had planned for us!

Deb created a fun and creative atmosphere to a very important topic on communication styles. The well attended event at Caterpillar in Joliet, IL brought about insight on how to work better with the various communication styles. Attendees have had nothing but great feed back from this event and have already put to use the things they learned from Deb’s presentation.

Gosh, you are so funny and so real! I enjoyed your opening presentation at the recent Women in Banking conference. What a great way to start the day!

You know how to keep the audience on board the entire time. You have energy and also have the right balance of questions and answers as well as good tips. I think we are too hard on ourselves and you drive that point to be a “C”. That’s a quick recap.

I have to tell you that I used your Stress Ruler the day after I saw your presentation. That morning I got in my car and realized I had no gas. I’m pumping gas and realize I had stepped in ant-covered gooey stuff and had to clean my shoe. I get to the traffic light and the light doesn’t change to green when it should have and I have to sit through another series of lights and realize I’m not going to make it to my 7a.m. conference sessions. I could feel my stress level rising. Then as I turned on to the freeway I thought about your Slightly Off Ruler and decided that all that had occurred was just a little above a “Vurp” and enjoyed the rest of my drive to the conference!

Fort Madison Community Hospital hosts a Women’s Health Conference every year. When we decided to bring in a speaker to motivate and entertain our guests, we were intrigued by Deb’s “In Purse-suit of Superwoman” program. She did not disappoint. Not only was she easy to work with on all of the details leading up to the event, she was extremely flexible the day of the event as well. The women in attendance were laughing, shaking their heads with nods of affirmation and actively engaged as she asked for volunteers. Deb not only made us laugh she gave us some great advice on how to lighten the load in our “purses” including it’s okay to be a ‘C’ student! Deb was a wonderful addition to the FMCH Women’s Health Conference!

I invited Ms. DiSandro to give a special presentation to members of the Chicago Chapter (#317) of the Academy of Medical Surgical Nurses (AMSN,) a professional organization whose mission is to promote excellence in adult health and to improve patient outcomes. AMSN also supports its members in nurturing their careers and each other, and Ms. DiSandro took the time to tailor her presentation to meet the needs of the group and the occasion. I very much appreciated her flexibility and teamwork. She exceeded expectations in her professionalism and ability to tie together her teaching points with the mission of AMSN and the theme of the event. She was well received by members. They were able to relate to her with ease and we all thoroughly enjoyed her presentation. I was also pleased with her pricing and accommodations, and plan to utilize her for our Nurses’ Week Celebration and other future events.

I enjoyed working with and meeting you!

HI, Deb. Thanks so much for doing a beautiful job this morning with the workshop. I have attached the evaluation for your information. The way you wove the Strengths into the DISC results made the material more relatable to us Harperites.

I think the contents of the workshop really hit home for a lot of people and I wouldn’t be surprised if it changes the way some of us do business with our colleagues.

Thank you!

Deb DiSandro was great to work with. Her presentation was witty, entertaining and moving. So many could resonate with the need for perfection and how important it is to give ourselves permission to be “super C’s.”

I would recommend Deb DiSandro as a speaker for any event where you are looking for someone who can relate in a humorous and poignant way. You will not be disappointed!
